The employees here are all so welcoming and great location in central Phoenix. I always order my usual and my salad was made so nice. One of the prettiest nice looking salad with the right amount of size. The only thing is the dining areas are always messy. Thank you to whoever made the salad between pick up time 11:30-Noon. You guys are awesome! Highly recommend!
I like ordering at the kiosk. No rush. Use friendly. The food is fresh and delicious and many choices for food and beverages. The resteraunt is very clean. But what sets this location apart is the staff. From the moment you step in the door, you are met with friendly faces and greetings. The staff was quick to answer questions and recognizing a need for assistance before I could even ask. I felt the staff loved their job and was happy to have me as a customer, and I told them so. I have a friend with cancer and she had many appointments close by, so I expect we will be in many more times in the future.
Food was absolutely amazing, had the steak stack bagel and bacon Mac and broccoli soup. First time in a Panera. ( Honestly I thought it was a drive through and was absolutely not equipped to go in with a disabled toddler and no stroller, but I DID , anyways. ) The sandwich made the experience inside worth it. No hello..no one taking orders .no one asked if I needed help or anything. Not a single person said one word to me...and it was my first time ever trying Panera. Also ordering on a touch screen tablet is so superficial...I'm sure that played in to the reason why no human even tried to make contact with my alien mom self. Definitely going a different location next time I decide to be adventurous with my kid.
